Fino Tradición


This is a wine produced using the traditional Criaderas and Soleras ageing and maturing method typical of Jerez. Made from 100% Palomino fino grapes and aged under “velo de flor” – a local yeast coating – for an average of 10 years. Bottled twice a year, in spring and autumn.

Limited and numbered production of only 1800 bottles per saca (bottling).
