General Conditions of Visit Reservations

The Website offers an online ticket sales service for visits, which is a 24-hour service, simple, direct and available from anywhere through an Internet connection.

GENERALITIES

All prices are in Euros and in accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price. The User will be able to see a breakdown of the product amount and VAT in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

The Proprietor reserves the right to reject an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or there have been problems in the payment of previous purchases.

OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

Every User who makes a purchase through this Website declares that they are of legal age and, where applicable, have full capacity to use means of payment and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products, the User also declares to accept fully and without reservation all of the conditions of this Legal Notice.

The User may establish one or more purchase requests for products or services offered through the Website.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY MODALITIES

In compliance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389, of 27 November 2017, supplementing Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 25 November 2015, on payment services in the internal market, the User who carries out an online payment transaction must do so through strengthened authentication. Depending on the chosen payment method and the economic value, with the exceptions contemplated in the Directive, the User must provide a second identification factor before placing an order, such as a PIN code that the User will receive on their mobile phone and that you must enter to validate your purchase.

According to the PSD2 directive, strong authentication exists when at least two of the following elements are used for authentication:

Knowledge (something that only the User knows, for example, password, PIN code, access data, etc.)
Possession (something that only the User has, for example, a mobile phone where an SMS arrives to verify the operation, email address, etc.)
Inherence (something that is inherent to the User, for example, the possibility of biometric verification, whether by fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.)
These elements are independent of each other. That is, the violation of one does not compromise the reliability of the others, and the confidentiality of the identification data is always protected.

For the convenience of the User, we provide different ways to make payment:

1) Bank Transfer.

– Once the order is placed, the bank details are provided to make the deposit or transfer for the amount of the purchase made, and the personal details of name, surname. Only deposits in Euros will be accepted. The order will be processed once the amount has been received in account.

– No commission is paid with this payment method.

2) Credit card.

– This form of payment is immediate, totally secure and verified by Redsys secure servers at the payment gateway. Under no circumstances will credit card details be revealed.

– Accepted cards are: Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro and Master Card.

– Only secured credit cards will be accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud. Secured cards have security keys associated with them and, upon completion of the payment, it is transferred to the bank’s payment gateway, where these keys must be entered. If you do not have a secured card for online payments, the bank must provide the necessary information and passwords.

3) PayPal

– Secure payment solution that allows buyers and companies to send and receive money online. By selecting this means when completing the order, the User will directly access the PayPal Website. You do not need to enter bank details, you only need to have a PayPal account created and you can make payments by only entering your email and password. You can also create the account at the time or make the payment directly by entering your credit card information. The data entered on the PayPal Website is not communicated.

Once the ticket price has been paid, the User will receive an email with the tickets and the information necessary to attend the visit. It will then be their responsibility to print or display the ticket through digital means.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, information is given on the User’s right to withdrawal.

4.1 When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Proprietor (distance selling), the User will enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided for in article 103.

4.2 Information to the consumer and user about the right of withdrawal.

a) The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
b) The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded.
c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example: a letter sent by postal mail or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below. , although its use is not mandatory.
d) To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
e) In the case of withdrawal by the User, the Proprietor will proceed to return all payments received without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed. the decision to withdraw from this contract. In the event that shipping costs for any product have been generated, the Proprietor will use the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly provided otherwise and as long as he or she does not incur any expense as a result of reimbursement. In the event that the User has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method, the Proprietor will not be obliged to reimburse any additional costs arising therefrom.

4.4 According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 of November, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to (among others):

l) The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.
In relation to this section, with the User’s request, he gives his prior express consent, with his knowledge and acceptance of the exceptions included here, and consequently in those cases, he loses his right of withdrawal.

RETURNS

The price of the ticket or tickets already paid will only be refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of the visit. Once 24 hours have passed of this time scheduled to provide the service, the price will not be refundable in any case.

In case of technical needs, or force majeure, the company may cancel the visit in which case, it will offer the User a refund of the entrance fee, or the change for another day under the same conditions. In this case, the choice of the option will be the User’s decision.

Once the visit has started, if the User arrives late, he will not be able to join the group, except at the discretion of the person responsible for carrying out the contracted visit. The Tour Guide may request the expulsion from the group of any User who does not display appropriate respectful behavior or if he or she is a nuisance to the rest of the group.

AVAILABILITY

The Owner undertakes not to make available to Users an item that is not in stock unless there is a computer error or any other unforeseeable situation. In the event that this unfortunate incident could occur, the Owner undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement with them.
